30N Conducting hearing
(1)
If the consent authority receives any submissions about the concurrent application, it must:
(a)
conduct a hearing in relation to the submissions; and
(b)
invite each person and body who have made submissions to appear at a hearing and be heard in relation to the application.
(2)
The hearing must be conducted with the minimum of formality and in a manner that ensures procedural fairness.
