Conditions may relate to stage of development

A condition under section 55 may:

(a)

provide that the development is permitted in stages specified in the permit;

(b)

specify the conditions to be satisfied at the conclusion of a stage; and

(c)

specify that if a stage is completed in accordance with the conditions specified to relate to that stage, use may be made of the

part of the development completed at that stage:

(i)

whether the stage completed relates to all or part of the area of land to which the permit relates; and

(ii)

although conditions relating to stages yet to be completed have not been complied with.
