80B Default penalty may be imposed for continuing offences
In addition to any penalty specified for an offence against this Act, the Court may impose a default penalty on a person for each day the person continues to commit the offence after the date the person is given an enforcement notice in relation to the alleged offence if:
(a)
the offence provides for the default penalty; and
(b)
the Court is satisfied that the person continued to commit the offence after the date the person given an enforcement notice.
