81 Time for commencing prosecution
A prosecution under this Act must be commenced within 2 years after the latest of the following days:
(a)
the day any authorised officer or police officer first becomes aware of the commission of the alleged offence;
(b)
the day the alleged offence was committed;
(c)
in the case of an alleged continuing offence – the latest day the conduct occurred.
