32 Procedure at hearing

(1)

At a hearing referred to in section 31, the person to whom a notice has been given under that section may call and examine witnesses.

(2)

A person is not excused from answering a question when required to do so at a hearing referred to in section 31 on the ground that the answer to the question might tend to incriminate him or make him liable to a penalty, but his answer to a question is not admissible against him in any proceedings other than proceedings for an offence against section 42(1).

(3)

Subject to this section, the Board may determine the procedure to be adopted at a hearing.
