33 Action after hearing

(1)

After a hearing referred to in section 31 has been held, the

Board may, if satisfied that there are grounds for so doing:

(a)

cancel a person's registration card or licence; or

(b)

suspend a person's registration card for a period not exceeding

12 months; or

(c)

suspend a person's licence for a period not exceeding 2 years;

or

(d)

issue a warning to a person holding the registration card or licence.

(2)

If the Board decides to take action under subsection (1), it must promptly give the person an information notice for the decision.
