41 Fraudulent use or reproduction of licence, &c.
A person shall not:
(a)
forge or fraudulently alter or use, or fraudulently lend or allow to be used by any person, a licence, registration card or reciprocity certificate or a duplicate of any of those documents; or
(b)
without lawful excuse have in his possession a licence, registration card or reciprocity certificate or a duplicate of any of those documents or an article resembling or purporting to be any of those documents and calculated to deceive.
Maximum penalty: 15 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months.
