42 False statements
(1)
A person must not make a false or misleading statement to the
Board about a matter before the Board.
Maximum penalty: 4 penalty units.
(2)
A person must not make a false or misleading statement to an authorised officer about a registration card or licence.
Maximum penalty: 4 penalty units.
