145B Voluntary non-intimate procedures
(1)
Subject to general orders, a member of the Police Force holding the rank of Senior Sergeant or a higher rank may carry out or cause to be carried out a non-intimate procedure on a person who consents to the non-intimate procedure being carried out.
(2)
The person's consent is to be in writing.
