157 Offering bribes
A person shall not directly or indirectly:
(a)
offer or give any bribe or reward to;
(b)
enter into any agreement with; or
(c)
seek any undertaking from,
a member of the Police Force for the purpose of that member forgoing any of the duties of that member.
Maximum penalty: 17 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months or both.
