Apprehension before commencement date

In calculating the number of occasions on which a person has been apprehended and taken into custody for section 128A(1)(d), any occasions on which the person has been apprehended and taken into custody before the commencement date are to be excluded.

(2)

In this section:

commencement date means the day on which section 128A commences.
