26 Members to take oath
(1)
A person shall not exercise or perform any of the powers, functions or duties conferred or imposed upon a member of the Police
Force by a law of the Territory unless he or she has taken and subscribed an oath in the form in the Schedule.
(2)
An oath under subsection (1) must be administered by the
Commissioner, a Deputy Commissioner or an Assistant Commissioner.
