55 Application for licence
(1) A person may apply to the Director for a licence to operate premises as a racecourse.
(2)
The application must be:
(a)
in the approved form; and
(b)
accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation; and
(c)
accompanied by any information prescribed by regulation.
