Charges payable to Director

If the Director is a race control body, the Director may, by written notice, require a race club within its jurisdiction to pay to it reasonable fees to meet the expenses of services rendered by the

Director to the race club.

(2)

The fees may be required from time to time and must be paid within the times specified by the Director in the notice.
