18 Some discretionary conditions on licences
To avoid doubt for section 154 of the Act, conditions may be imposed on a licence, other than a key person licence, by the Commission for the following purposes:
(a)
regulating the activities that may be carried on under the licence;
(b)
providing for the sufficiency of the financial resources of the licensee or other persons involved or likely to be involved in the licensed activities, including the sufficiency of reserves with respect to potential liabilities.
