Wager receipts

In force

For section 184(2) of the Act, the following information is prescribed:

(a) the name of the sporting event, or race location and race number, on which the wager is made;

(b)

the name of the selection on which the wager is made;

(c)

the type of wager made;

(d)

the amount wagered (the stake);

(e)

the odds of the wager, if applicable;

(f)

the return amount, if applicable;

(g)

a unique identifier for the wager;

(h) in the case of a receipt or ticket issued by an on-course bookmaker licensee or at a retail premises:

(i)

the name of the licensee; and

(ii)

the time of the wager; and

(iii)

the date the wager is accepted.

The horse, team or player.

Examples for paragraph (c)

Head to head, win or win/place.
