15 Conduct of breath analysis
(1)
An authorised person must not conduct a breath analysis for this
Division unless the authorised person is:
(a)
a police officer authorised by the Commissioner of Police to use a breath analysis instrument for this Act or any other Act; or
(b)
any other person authorised by the Regulator to use a breath analysis instrument.
(2)
An authorised person conducting a breath analysis for this
Division must use a breath analysis instrument.
