17 Rail safety worker may request further breath analysis
(1)
A rail safety worker who has submitted to a breath analysis (whether or not the sample provided was sufficient) may request that a further analysis be conducted on another sample of the worker's breath.
(2)
The request must be made without undue delay after the rail safety worker is advised of the outcome in relation to the initial sample.
(3)
An authorised person must conduct an analysis on the other sample unless it is insufficient.
