41 Obstruction of authorized person, &c.
A person shall not:
(a)
without the approval of the Commissioner, destroy, damage, deface or remove from its position any improvement, structure, line, mark or item of machinery or equipment placed on land in the exercise of a power or the performance of a function or duty under this Act; or
(b)
prevent or hinder a person exercising a power or performing a function or duty under this Act.
Maximum penalty: 4 penalty units.
