12 Definitions
In this Part:
amending Act means the Teacher Registration (Northern Territory) Amendment Act 2010.
commencement means the commencement of the amending
Act.
new Act means the Teacher Registration (Northern
Territory) Act 2004 as in force immediately after the commencement.
old Act means the Teacher Registration (Northern
Territory) Act 2004 as in force immediately before the commencement.
