14 Interim certificate of registration
An interim certificate of registration issued to a person under the old Act that was in force immediately before the commencement is taken to be an interim certificate of registration issued under section 34 of the new Act that:
(a)
indicates the Director reasonably believes the Board is likely to grant the person's application for registration; and
(b)
is in force if the date for the Board to consider the application for registration indicated on the certificate has not passed.
