Effect of approval
31 Effect of approval
If an ICP is approved by the Minister, the Territory Coordinator must:
give a copy of the approved plan to each public body and public entity identified in the plan; and
publish the approved plan on the Territory Coordinator or Agency website.
Each public body and public entity identified in the ICP must comply with the plan to the extent it is reasonably able to.
If a public body or public entity fails to comply with the requirements of the ICP, the Territory Coordinator may, after informing the public body or public entity, report the failure to the
Minister.
A failure that is reported to the Minister under subsection (3) may be included in the annual report prepared under section 99.
