32 Variation of ICP
(1)
The Territory Coordinator must, if directed to do so by the
Minister, or may, on the Coordinator's own initiative, prepare a proposed variation of an ICP.
(2)
The Territory Coordinator must:
(a)
publish the proposed variation on the Territory Coordinator or
Agency website; and
(b)
if the proposed variation would in the opinion of the Coordinator or the Minister effect a material change to the ICP, undertake public consultation on the proposed variation in accordance with the regulations (if any).
