51 Effect of decision
(1)
If the Minister approves the proposed TDA plan:
(a)
from the date specified in the notice published under section 61(2), the plan is the TDA plan for the Territory development area; and
(b)
the Territory Coordinator must publish the plan on the Territory
Coordinator or Agency website.
(2)
If the Minister refers the plan back to the Territory
Coordinator, the Coordinator must amend the proposed TDA plan as requested by the Minister.
(3)
Sections 48 to 50 apply in relation to the amended plan as if it were the original proposed TDA plan.
