52 Activities to be consistent with TDA plan
(1)
A responsible entity must not approve an application for a statutory decision or regarding a statutory process in relation to any activity being carried out on land in a Territory development area unless:
(a)
the activity is consistent with the approved TDA plan in effect in the area; or
(b)
the Territory Coordinator gives consent.
(2)
Subsection (1) applies despite any other law of the Territory.
