Making the statutory decision

(1)

When making a statutory decision under a step-in notice, in addition to applying the relevant law, the Territory Coordinator must have regard to the primary principle.

(2)

For subsection (1), in imposing any conditions permissible under the relevant law in making a statutory decision under a step-in notice, the Territory Coordinator may also impose any conditions the

Coordinator considers necessary or desirable to promote the primary principle.
