Notice of completion

(1)

When the Territory Coordinator finishes making a statutory decision or undertaking a statutory process under this Division, the

Coordinator must give written notice to the applicant and the original entity for the decision or process.

(2)

The notice must include:

(a)

a statement to the effect that the original entity is to resume its function as the responsible entity for the decision or process;

and

(b)

for a notice in relation to a statutory decision:

(i)

the reasons for the Territory Coordinator's decision; and

(ii)

the conditions, if any, imposed under section 73(2) in relation to the decision.

(3)

The statutory decision takes effect:

(a)

when the applicant for the decision and the original entity are given notice under subsection (1); or

(b)

on any later date specified in the notice.
