12 Legality of authorisation
The cessation of an authorisation (by revocation or otherwise) does not affect anything lawfully done in reliance on the authorisation before it ceased to have effect.
An authorisation and a decision of the Police Minister under this Part in relation to an authorisation may not be:
challenged, reviewed, quashed or called into question on any grounds whatsoever before a court, tribunal, body or person in legal proceedings; or
restrained, removed or otherwise affected by an injunction or proceedings in the nature of prohibition or mandamus.
The powers conferred on a police officer by virtue of an authorisation may be exercised by any police officer, whether or not he or she has been provided with, or notified of, the terms of the authorisation.
