20C Form of declaration
(1)
A special area declaration must be notified in the Gazette.
(2)
The declaration must:
(a)
state it is made under this Act; and
(b)
describe the site or area and define its boundaries; and
(c) specify the times and dates the declaration comes into operation and ceases operation.
