20F Legality of declaration
The cessation of operation of the declaration (by revocation or otherwise) does not affect anything lawfully done in reliance on the declaration before it ceased to operate.
A declaration or decision of the Police Minister under this Part in relation to a declaration cannot be:
challenged, reviewed, quashed or called into question on any grounds whatsoever before a court, tribunal, body or person in a legal proceeding; or
restrained, removed or otherwise affected by an injunction or proceeding in the nature of prohibition or mandamus.
The powers conferred on a police officer because of a declaration may be exercised by any police officer, whether or not the officer has been provided with, or notified of, the terms of the declaration.
