21J Commissioner of Correctional Services or CEO (Youth Justice) to be given copy of preventative detention order if person detained in custody
If the person in relation to whom a preventative detention order is made is being detained in the custody of the Commissioner of
Correctional Services or CEO (Youth Justice), the applicant for the order must give a copy of the order to the Commissioner or CEO (Youth
Justice), as the case may be.
