For section 27(b) of the Act, a notice at a point of sale other than a vending machine indicating that selling tobacco products to children is prohibited is the same as a notice prescribed by regulation 23.

(2)

A notice referred to in subregulation (1) is to be conspicuously displayed in the line of sight of customers at the point of sale.
