Application for grant of licence

In force

(1) For an application for the grant of a tobacco retailer licence, the information prescribed for section 29(1)(c) of the Act is a national police certificate about the individual who is proposed to be the manager of the business to be conducted on the premises to which the application relates.

(2) For an application for the grant of a tobacco retailer licence, the fee prescribed for section 29(1)(c) of the Act is as follows:

(a)

for the licence period of 1 year – 200 revenue units;

(b)

for the licence period of 3 years – 600 revenue units;

(c)

for the licence period of 5 years – 1 000 revenue units.
