32 Delegation by CEO
(1)
The CEO may delegate to a public sector employee any of the
CEO's powers and functions under this Act.
(2)
The CEO may delegate to a body any of the CEO's powers and functions under Part 3 or 4.
(3)
A body to which a power or function of the CEO has been delegated under subsection (2) may delegate that power or function to a person employed by, or otherwise connected with, the body.
