6 No discrimination or other prohibited conduct
(1)
A person must not use a power under this Act to engage in prohibited conduct or otherwise contravene the Anti‑Discrimination
Act 1992.
(2)
In this section:
prohibited conduct, see section 4(1) of the
Anti-Discrimination Act 1992.
