Traditional rights in land

In force

To avoid doubt, this Act does not affect the existence, enjoyment or exercise of:

(b)

any native title rights and interests, within the meaning of the

Native Title Act 1993 (Cth), or any other rights under that Act; or

(b)

any rights under the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern

Territory) Act 1976 (Cth).
