17 Minutes of committee meeting
(1) The secretary of the committee must keep minutes of each committee meeting.
(2)
The following matters must be recorded in the minutes:
(a)
the date, time and place of the meeting;
(b)
the names of the committee members present at the meeting;
(c)
the names of the committee members voting at the meeting;
(d)
all resolutions of the committee made at the meeting;
(e)
the voting on all resolutions of the committee at the meeting.
