46 Records of body corporate
The body corporate must ensure the following records are kept:
the full name and address of each member of the body corporate;
minutes of general meetings;
copies of resolutions made at general meetings;
records of the results of voting on motions;
copies of notices given by the body corporate;
copies of appointments of proxies;
used voting papers;
correspondence sent or received by the body corporate;
insurance policies maintained by the body corporate;
contracts and agreements entered into by the body corporate;
leases and licences entered into by the body corporate.
(2) The body corporate must ensure each record is kept for at least 7 years after the date it is created.
