114 Application – method of voting
This Act as amended by sections 164, 165, 169, 170, 171 and 176 of the Unit Title Schemes Act 2009:
(a)
applies only in relation to voting about a resolution of a corporation occurring on or after the commencement of this section (the commencement); and
(b)
does not affect any decision made by a corporation before the commencement.
