115 Application – jurisdiction of Supreme Court
(1)
This Act as amended by section 173 of the Unit Title Schemes
Act 2009:
(a)
applies only in relation to an application made under Part VIII of this Act on or after the commencement of this section (the
commencement); and
(b)
does not affect any application made to the Local Court under that Part made before the commencement.
(2)
Any proceedings commenced in relation to an application made under Part VIII before the commencement may continue as if this Act as in force immediately before the commencement continues to be in force.
