33 Attendance by teleconferencing
(1)
A person who has the right to vote at a general meeting may attend and participate in the general meeting by teleconferencing.
(2)
The secretary of the committee must arrange teleconferencing facilities if requested to do so by the person.
(3)
A person who attends a meeting by teleconferencing is taken to be present at the meeting.
