31 Transitional
Despite regulation 30, if a document lodged for registration not later than 6 months after the commencement of that regulation would have been suitable for registration under the Unit Titles
Regulations 1987 as in force immediately before that commencement, the document is taken to be suitable for registration under these Regulations.
