29 Decisions of Tribunal
(1)
Upon a reference to the Tribunal, the Tribunal shall give a decision in writing.
(2)
Upon the request, made at the hearing by the Valuer-General or by the person at whose request the reference was made, the Tribunal shall, when giving its decision, state in writing its findings of fact and its reasons in law for the decision.
