40 Certified copies of entries in valuation roll
(1)
The Valuer-General must, on written application by a member of the public and payment of the prescribed fee, give the member of the public a copy of an entry in a valuation roll certified by the
Valuer‑General to be a true copy of that entry.
(2)
In any proceedings, a document purporting to be such a certified copy of an entry in a valuation roll shall be received in evidence and, unless the contrary is shown, be deemed without further proof to be a true record of that entry.
