12 Service of notices
A notice by a warehouseman under this Act may be given to a person:
personally;
by registered post addressed to the person at the last address of the person known to the warehouseman; or
where the warehouseman does not know an address of the person - by an advertisement published twice in a daily newspaper printed and published in the City of Darwin and in a newspaper printed and published in the Town of Alice Springs with an interval of at least 7 days between the advertisements.
A notice given by advertisement in accordance with paragraph (c) of subsection (1) shall, for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to have been given on the date of the second publication of the advertisement.
