15 Certain liens, rights, &c., not to be affected by Act
Nothing in this Act shall be construed as abrogating, limiting or in any manner affecting:
(a)
any lien or power of sale or other right (whether arising under contract or by operation of law) which a warehouseman may have apart from this Act in respect of any goods stored by him; or
(b)
the enforcement of such lien or the exercise of any such power or right.
