34 Grant of approvals and licences
(1) The NT EPA may grant or refuse to grant an environment protection approval or a licence.
(2) An environment protection approval or a licence is to be in the approved form.
(3) The NT EPA may grant an environment protection approval or a licence relating to:
(a)
more than one activity specified in Schedule 2; or
(b) an activity specified in Schedule 2 that is to be conducted at more than one premises or location.
