Application fee for licences

(1)

For section 31(2) of the Act, the fee for an application for a licence to conduct an activity that is specified in item 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act is 345 revenue units.

(2)

For section 31(2) of the Act, the fee for an application for a licence to conduct an activity that is specified in Schedule 2 to the

Act in relation to which a fee is not prescribed in subregulation (1) is 345 revenue units.
