5 Exemption, waiver or refund of fees
The NT EPA may, if the NT EPA considers it appropriate, do any of the following in relation to a prescribed fee:
(a)
exempt a person from payment of the fee;
(b)
waive (wholly or partly) payment of the fee;
(c)
refund (wholly or partly) the fee.
