73 Portable meter
(1)
A licensee may issue to a person a portable meter that is not attached to the licensee's water supply infrastructure.
(2)
The conditions on which a portable meter will be issued and the conditions relating to its use are to be contained in the licensee's metering code.
(3)
The charge for using a portable meter is to be prescribed from time to time under a pricing order.
